Job Requirements
- Two or more years of bartending or beverage service experience
- Smart Serve certification required
- Food handler certification
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Basic math skills and accuracy in cashless transactions
- Responsibility and professionalism when serving alcohol
- Teamwork and adaptability

Job Duties
- Greet guests and take drink orders at the bar or service station
- Mix and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and nonalcoholic beverages according to recipes and portion standards
- Check guest identification to verify legal drinking age
- Operate Clover Sport POS system to process orders and handle payments
- Maintain cleanliness of bar area including countertops, equipment, and glassware
- Restock bar inventory and supplies during service and assist with inventory counts
- Monitor guest consumption and practice responsible alcohol service
- Answer questions about drink menus and make recommendations
- Handle guest issues or complaints in a courteous manner
- Assist with bar opening and closing procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
