Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least two years of bartending experience
- extensive knowledge of drink recipes and wine
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- excellent communication skills in English
- ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
- adherence to safety policies and procedures
- must maintain personal hygiene and grooming standards
- willingness to work independently and as part of a team
- valid age for alcohol service
- access to email for work communication

Job Duties
- Greet guests and take beverage orders from restaurant servers or guests
- mix drinks, cocktails, and other bar beverages according to company standards
- maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner
- provide information on wine characteristics and use proper wine service techniques
- work with culinary team to create mixers and garnishes
- verify guest age requirements for alcohol purchase
- handle assigned cash bank and follow cash handling procedures
