Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Experience of two to three years in fast paced bar or restaurant setting
- Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Must be mobile to perform physical tasks including bending and reaching
- Willing to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours
- Practice safe work habits and complete safety training
Job Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to interact with co-workers and ensure service compliance
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation
- Understanding of service standards and guest relations
- Ability to multi task in fast paced environment
- Ability to communicate in English
- Physical ability to lift and transport items weighing 10 to 50 pounds
- Availability to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Experience working 2 to 3 years in fast paced bar or restaurant environment
Job Duties
- Provide supplies and assist bartender as requested
- Stock bar items daily
- Fill ice bins as needed
- Anticipate needs throughout the shift
- Keep all areas clean and organized
- Report timely and be prepared to start work
- Follow operating standards and policies
- Ensure quality and prompt service
- Perform related duties as assigned
