Job Requirements

- prior experience in hospitality or event service preferred

Job Duties
- Keep all bar and service areas stocked with essential items such as liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, plates, utensils, napkins, and ice
- monitor inventory levels during service and communicate replenishment needs to supervisors in a timely manner
- transport beverages, food orders, and specialty items to appropriate locations quickly and accurately
- maintain clean and organized bar and service areas, including regular removal of trash and recyclables
- ensure all items delivered meet department standards for presentation and accuracy
- assist with post-event breakdown including organizing equipment and resetting spaces for future use
- maintain cleanliness and readiness of all transport equipment such as carts
- record and report inventory counts, particularly for liquor and key bar items
- communicate clearly and effectively with bartenders, servers, and supervisors to anticipate and meet service needs
- operate with urgency and efficiency in fast-paced, high-volume event environments while maintaining a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- work collaboratively as part of a cohesive team to provide outstanding service to guests and ensure seamless event execution
