- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or retail environments
- leadership experience preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- willingness to obtain ServSafe Alcohol Certification or equivalent
- ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced setting
- fluent in English

Job Duties
- lead the daily food and beverage operations before, during, and after all events to ensure smooth and efficient service
- be the expert on menus, product offerings, packaging, and pricing, and communicate this clearly to your team
- ensure all areas are fully stocked and prepped for seamless operations, maintaining a high standard of readiness at all times
- foster and maintain a culture of outstanding customer service, resolving any guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy
- ensure strict compliance with all health and safety regulations, both Levy and state standards, to maintain a safe environment for staff and guests
- build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, and the Levy team, while actively seeking feedback to improve service
- verify and manage opening and closing inventories, ensuring accuracy at all times
