Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality-focused role
  • Comfortable using technology
  • at least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or similar platforms
  • Previous experience in a call center or contact center environment is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be available to work a schedule of Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm CST
  • Some Holidays required
  • Laptop is provided
  • must be able to maintain work at home requirements which include a professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk and a high-speed Internet connection with minimum data transfer speed of 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps (megabytes per second)

  • Ability to anticipate needs and offer thoughtful, personalized solutions
  • Comfortable navigating change and evolving processes in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong typing skills and confidence in navigating multiple systems simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of accountability and dependability
  • Bilingual skills are a plus and highly valued

Job Duties

  • Maintain a positive, professional, and service-oriented demeanor during Member interactions
  • Deliver timely and precise assistance for reservation requests via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide thoughtful and courteous responses to inquiries from Members, peers, and leadership
  • Maintain a working knowledge of over 500 club properties and associated services
  • Navigate multiple systems simultaneously while managing Member requests
  • Anticipate Member needs and offer personalized solutions
  • Document and record interactions accurately to ensure seamless service continuity
