Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality-focused role
- Comfortable using technology
- at least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or similar platforms
- Previous experience in a call center or contact center environment is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be available to work Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm CST
- some holidays required
- Laptop provided and ability to maintain professional workspace with high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload)

Job Duties
- Maintain a positive, professional, and service-oriented demeanor during Member interactions
- Deliver timely and precise assistance for reservation requests via phone, email, and chat
- Provide thoughtful and courteous responses to inquiries from Members, peers, and leadership
- Maintain a working knowledge of over 500 club properties and associated services
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless member service
- Adapt to evolving processes and technology platforms
- Document and escalate issues appropriately to maintain service excellence
