Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or hospitality
- Comfortable using technology with at least 1 year of Microsoft Office experience
- Previous call center or contact center experience preferred
- Availability to work Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm CST and some holidays
- Ability to maintain a professional home workspace and high-speed internet connection
- Strong typing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter with accountability and dependability
- Bilingual skills are a plus
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality-focused role
- Comfortable using technology
- at least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or similar platforms
- Previous experience in a call center or contact center environment is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be available to work a schedule of Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm CST
- Some holidays required
- Laptop is provided
- ability to maintain work at home requirements which include a professional workspace with a dedicated desk and a high-speed Internet connection with minimum data transfer speed of 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps
Job Duties
- Maintain a positive, professional, and service-oriented demeanor during Member interactions
- Deliver timely and precise assistance for reservation requests via phone, email, and chat
- Provide thoughtful and courteous responses to inquiries from Members, peers, and leadership
- Maintain a working knowledge of over 500 club properties and associated services
