Job Duties

  • Direct members and guest to their destinations within the club
  • provide business and concierge services to members
  • inform members and guests of club services, features, upcoming events, room locations and amenities
  • assist members in scheduling appointments and reservations
  • maintain the lobby, front entrance, workstation, and other areas clean and stocked
  • accommodate member and guest requests for business services including faxing, copying, mailing
  • assist with member experience initiatives like newsletters and event announcements
  • seat guests
  • adhere to all company, club, and department standards and policies
  • conduct oneself professionally and respectfully
  • work safely
  • attend daily line-up and participate
  • take pride in appearance and grooming
  • be open, flexible, and adaptable to member needs
  • understand and implement service recovery procedures
  • notify management of complaints and rectify promptly
  • assume different responsibilities as needed
