Job Requirements
- Minimum of one-year experience in hospitality business or similar role

Job Duties
- Direct members and guests to their destinations within the club
- provide business and concierge services to members
- inform members and guests of club services, events, room locations and amenities
- assist members in scheduling appointments and reservations for club programs and services
- maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby, front entrance, workstation and other areas
- accommodate member and guest requests for business services including faxing, copying, and mailing
- assist member experience initiatives such as newsletters, message on hold, website calendar, event announcements, outbound calls and marketing collateral
- seat guests
- adhere to all company, club and department standards of operations, policies, and procedures
- conduct oneself professionally and respectfully
- work safely
- attend daily line-up and participate as requested
- take pride in appearance and grooming according to club standards
- be open, flexible, and adaptable to changing member and guest needs
- understand service recovery procedures and promptly address member/guest complaints
- notify management of complaints and rectify using service recovery
- assume different responsibilities as needed and requested
