Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one-year experience in hospitality business or similar role

Job Duties

  • Direct members and guests to their destinations within the club
  • provide business and concierge services to members
  • inform members and guests of club services, events, room locations and amenities
  • assist members in scheduling appointments and reservations for club programs and services
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby, front entrance, workstation and other areas
  • accommodate member and guest requests for business services including faxing, copying, and mailing
  • assist member experience initiatives such as newsletters, message on hold, website calendar, event announcements, outbound calls and marketing collateral
  • seat guests
  • adhere to all company, club and department standards of operations, policies, and procedures
  • conduct oneself professionally and respectfully
  • work safely
  • attend daily line-up and participate as requested
  • take pride in appearance and grooming according to club standards
  • be open, flexible, and adaptable to changing member and guest needs
  • understand service recovery procedures and promptly address member/guest complaints
  • notify management of complaints and rectify using service recovery
  • assume different responsibilities as needed and requested
