Job Requirements
- Standing, walking, exposure to temperature changes and dust
- Ability to climb, squat, kneel, reach, grasp, push, pull, twist, and bend
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 100 lbs on occasion
- Good talking, hearing, and seeing abilities
- Experience with computer and telephone use
- Availability to meet attendance requirements including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work additional hours as needed
- Clean and neat uniform appearance
- Adherence to safety procedures
- Completion of all tasks in a professional and respectful manner
- Flexibility and adaptability to take on different responsibilities as needed
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one-year experience in hospitality or similar role
- Service oriented mindset with a focus on member satisfaction
- Strong verbal, written, phone, text, and social media communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive phone demeanor and exceptional listening skills
- Competent in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Adaptable to new technology
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Effective multitasking and time management skills
Job Duties
- Direct members and guests to their destinations within the club
- Provide business and concierge services to our members
- Communicate club services and upcoming events in person and over the phone
- Assist members with scheduling appointments and reservations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby and front entrance areas
- Manage business service requests including faxing, copying, and mailing
- Support member experience initiatives such as newsletters and marketing materials
- Seat guests
- Adhere to company and club policies and safety standards
- Participate in daily team line-ups and meetings
- Maintain professional appearance and grooming
- Handle member complaints and service recovery
- Adapt to changing member needs and assume additional responsibilities as requested
