- experienced in using primary tools and equipment such as computer and telephone

Job Duties
- Direct members and guest to their destinations within the club
- provide business and concierge services to members
- be proactive in creating Magic Moments
- inform members and guests of club services, features, upcoming events, room locations and amenities both in person and over the phone
- assist members in scheduling appointments and reservations for club programs and services
- maintain the lobby, front entrance, workstation, and surrounding areas clean and stocked
- accommodate member and guest requests for business services
- assist member experience initiatives including newsletters, website calendar, event announcements, and marketing collateral
- seat guests
- adhere to company, club and department standards of operations, policies, and procedures
- conduct oneself professionally and respectfully
- work safely
- attend daily line-up and participate as requested
- maintain a clean and neat uniform and grooming according to club standards
- be flexible and adaptable to members and guest changing needs
- understand service recovery procedures for members and guests
- notify general manager or department heads of complaints and rectify using service recovery procedures
- assume different responsibilities as needed and requested
