The ClubLife Concierge is a vital member of the Member Experience Team at a prestigious private club dedicated to delivering exceptional service and unforgettable experiences to its members. Job Duties

  • Direct members and guests to their destinations within the club
  • provide business and concierge services to members and proactively create magic moments
  • inform members and guests of club services, features, upcoming events, room locations and amenities in person and over the phone
  • assist members in scheduling appointments and reservations for club programs and services
  • maintain the lobby, front entrance, workstation, and surrounding areas clean and stocked with supplies
  • accommodate member and guest requests for business services including faxing, copying, mailing and concierge services
  • assist with member experience initiatives such as newsletters, message on hold, website calendar, event announcements, and outbound calls
  • seat guests
  • adhere to all company, club, and department standards of operation, policies, and procedures
  • conduct oneself professionally and respectfully
  • work safely
  • attend daily line-up and participate as requested
  • take pride in appearance and adhere to uniform and grooming standards
  • remain open, flexible, and adaptable to member and guest needs
  • understand and apply service recovery procedures
  • notify management of member/guest complaints and resolve using service recovery procedures
  • be ready to assume different responsibilities as needed and requested
