Job Duties

  • Direct Members and guests to their destinations within the club
  • provide business and concierge services to members
  • inform members and guests of club services and upcoming events
  • assist members with scheduling appointments and reservations
  • maintain the lobby and front entrance areas clean and stocked
  • accommodate requests for business services such as faxing and mailing
  • assist with member experience initiatives including newsletters and event promotion
  • seat guests
