Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience in the hospitality business or a similar role
- service-oriented mindset
- strong communication skills in verbal, written, phone, text, and social media
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- competent in working with multiple systems including Microsoft Office Suite

Job Duties
- Direct members and guests to their destinations within the club
- provide business and concierge services to members
- inform members and guests of club services, features, upcoming events, room locations, and amenities
- assist members in scheduling appointments and reservations for club programs and services
- maintain the lobby, front entrance, workstation, and surrounding areas clean and organized
- ensure supplies for members and guests are stocked
- accommodate member and guest requests for business services including faxing, copying, and mailing
- assist member experience initiatives such as club newsletters, message on hold, website calendar updates, event announcements, outbound member calls, and marketing collateral
- seat guests
