Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience in the hospitality business or a similar role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Competence in using Microsoft Office Suite and other systems
- Positive team-oriented attitude
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Job Duties
- Direct members and guests to their destinations within the club
- Provide business and concierge services to members and create magic moments
- Inform members and guests of club services, features, upcoming events, room locations, and amenities
- Assist members in scheduling appointments and reservations for club programs and services
- Maintain the lobby, front entrance, workstation, and surrounding areas clean and stocked
- Accommodate member and guest requests for business services such as faxing, copying, and mailing
- Support member experience initiatives including newsletters, message on hold, website calendar updates, and marketing collateral
- Seat guests
