Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work 3-4 shifts per week with schedule flexibility
- Strong communication skills
- Basic knowledge of coffee equipment or willingness to learn
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and order in the club
- Reliable and punctual
- Customer service experience preferred

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow detailed checklists and procedures
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred

- Ability to multitask and handle basic maintenance tasks

- Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate various shift windows
Job Duties
- Maintaining our standards of care, communication, cleanliness, and consistency while delivering a high level of service
- Following a detailed checklist to complete shifts with care and attention to detail
- Reporting to our operations team with clear and consistent communication
- General cleaning, tidying, and upkeep of the club alongside basic maintenance of coffee equipment
- Monitoring member activity during your shift, addressing members as needed and reporting back to our operations team
