Job Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent required
- possess a current bartending license
- must be at least 18 years of age
- previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar role preferred
- experience working on a golf course or sports facility is an advantage
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- a valid driver's license may be required
- individuals in this role may be subject to an annual motor vehicle records check
- the outcome of any MVR checks conducted may affect the ability to participate in the company vehicle program
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival
- manage reservations and tee times
- handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the clubhouse, including dining areas, locker rooms, and restrooms
- assist with event planning and execution, including tournaments and special events
- provide information about the golf course, facilities, and services
- address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- provide bartending services in the clubhouse and on course as scheduled
- pick the driving range as needed
- maintain golf carts for guest use including gassing, parking, and cleaning
- act in the capacity of tee start or ranger as needed
- assist the grounds crew with special projects
- monitor pace of play and communicate to the clubhouse about any potential course issues
