Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • prior administrative experience
  • occasional travel may be required
  • ability to lift up to 15 lbs
  • ability to perform light walking during shifts
  • ability to use standard office equipment including computers, phones, photocopiers and filing cabinets
  • availability to work various shifts as needed
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • compliance with company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • prior administrative experience
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities
  • strong customer service orientation
  • basic knowledge of standard office equipment and procedures
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • prior experience in a clubhouse or community services environment preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet residents, prospective residents and guests and ensure all guests are properly registered
  • choose appropriate venues for special events based on number of participants and event purpose
  • collect tickets at theater doors and assist guests in finding seats
  • provide a highly visible presence in and around the facility
  • provide tours of the facility to residents and guests
  • tactfully enforce community policies
  • address conflicts or concerns swiftly
  • complete administrative duties such as room rental reservations, program registrations, and answering phones
  • perform additional cleaning duties in or around the facility
  • maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
