- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Move and arrange furniture according to room schedules and environment
- Always be safety conscious and concerned for the welfare of the staff, homeowners, and guests
- Communicate with event vendors and homeowners and coordinate their needs
- Clean the Clubhouse facility and utilize cleaning chemicals per directions
- Log onto scheduling software and gather needed information to ready rooms
- Move and connect portable audio devices, including portable CD players, portable speakers, wireless microphones, recording devices, computer outputs
- Utilize audio mixers and connect all input devices correctly to avoid creating an uncomfortable or hazardous environment
- Demonstrate respect and appreciation of homeowners and guests, embracing the community served
- Maintain a positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication skills
- Show attention to detail
- Adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Climb 8ft ladders
- Perform other duties as requested by a supervisor
