Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- minimum 5 years of leadership experience in hospitality or private club management
- proven track record in managing banquet and event operations
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage budgets and control operational costs
- capacity to lead and motivate teams
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive hospitality leadership experience
- private club experience strongly preferred
- demonstrated success managing banquet and event-driven environments
- proven ability to operate independently and take full ownership of performance
- strong financial acumen in labor management and cost control
- confident communicator with client-facing experience and closing ability
- professional leadership presence with a long-term growth mindset
Job Duties
- Provide overall leadership of clubhouse operations including dining, bar, and banquet services
- supervise and develop front-of-house management and service teams
- oversee scheduling, labor management, and operational cost controls
- drive elevated private club service standards across all member touchpoints
- support event growth through proactive inquiry response, structured follow-up, and client relationship-building
- increase participation in wine dinners, weddings, and social programming
- ensure seamless execution of all member events and private functions
- foster strong member relationships and service recovery practices
- maintain compliance with all health, safety, and operational standards
