- minimum of five years food and beverage management experience within a family-oriented private club
- at least five years hospitality experience
- three or more years in a leadership role
- strong financial and operational skills

Job Duties
- lead daily clubhouse operations with a visible presence
- oversee dining, banquets, reception, housekeeping, maintenance, and security
- build strong member relationships and ensure service standards remain exceptional
- manage budgets, labor, and performance
- step in as operational leader in the absence of the General Manager
- help guide major capital improvements, including the marina redevelopment
