Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • minimum of 3 years of experience in facility, property maintenance, or golf club environment
  • ability to perform physical activities including sitting, standing, walking, driving, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending
  • ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 100 lbs
  • adherence to safety and compliance guidelines
  • flexibility to work additional hours, weekends, and holidays
  • commitment to professionalism and excellence

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • minimum of 3 years of experience in facility, property maintenance, or golf club environment
  • experience in minor repairs, painting, plumbing is preferred
  • training in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, building maintenance preferred
  • knowledge of OSHA regulations and electrical codes

Job Duties

  • Maintain carpets clean by vacuuming and spot cleaning
  • keep all floors swept, mopped, and polished including courts, exercise rooms, stairwells, lobby, hallways, restrooms
  • dust and wipe down furniture, shelves, chandeliers, artwork, and HVAC registers
  • complete daily assignments to club standards
  • perform facility maintenance and repairs including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, flooring, and other building equipment
  • maintain maintenance and project checklist for preventive maintenance
  • communicate with supervisor to coordinate and complete work requests
