Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years of experience in facility, property maintenance, or golf club environment
- ability to perform physical activities including sitting, standing, walking, driving, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending
- ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 100 lbs
- adherence to safety and compliance guidelines
- flexibility to work additional hours, weekends, and holidays
- commitment to professionalism and excellence
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years of experience in facility, property maintenance, or golf club environment
- experience in minor repairs, painting, plumbing is preferred
- training in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, building maintenance preferred
- knowledge of OSHA regulations and electrical codes
Job Duties
- Maintain carpets clean by vacuuming and spot cleaning
- keep all floors swept, mopped, and polished including courts, exercise rooms, stairwells, lobby, hallways, restrooms
- dust and wipe down furniture, shelves, chandeliers, artwork, and HVAC registers
- complete daily assignments to club standards
- perform facility maintenance and repairs including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, flooring, and other building equipment
- maintain maintenance and project checklist for preventive maintenance
- communicate with supervisor to coordinate and complete work requests
