Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in custodial or cleaning roles preferred
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual cleaning tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness
- Reliable and punctual with good time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Prior custodial janitorial or porter experience preferred especially in a clubhouse gym hotel or banquet facility setting
- Ability to operate standard cleaning equipment such as vacuum and floor buffer
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending standing and walking for extended periods
- Dependable self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings evenings weekends and holidays as needed
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain all clubhouse areas including the lobby offices restrooms fitness center banquet room and hallways
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of high-touch surfaces gym equipment and public restrooms
- Sweep mop vacuum dust and polish floors and surfaces as assigned
- Empty trash and recycling bins and ensure proper waste disposal
- Inspect and report any maintenance or safety issues to the General Manager or Facilities Coordinator
- Refill cleaning and restroom supplies as needed and maintain janitorial closets in an organized manner
- Follow all safety procedures and association policies at all times
