Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in custodial or cleaning roles preferred
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual cleaning tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness
  • Reliable and punctual with good time management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
  • Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Prior custodial janitorial or porter experience preferred especially in a clubhouse gym hotel or banquet facility setting
  • Ability to operate standard cleaning equipment such as vacuum and floor buffer
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending standing and walking for extended periods
  • Dependable self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings evenings weekends and holidays as needed

Job Duties

  • Clean and maintain all clubhouse areas including the lobby offices restrooms fitness center banquet room and hallways
  • Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of high-touch surfaces gym equipment and public restrooms
  • Sweep mop vacuum dust and polish floors and surfaces as assigned
  • Empty trash and recycling bins and ensure proper waste disposal
  • Inspect and report any maintenance or safety issues to the General Manager or Facilities Coordinator
  • Refill cleaning and restroom supplies as needed and maintain janitorial closets in an organized manner
  • Follow all safety procedures and association policies at all times
