Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license and vehicle
- 2-3 years of food and beverage experience
- employee management experience
- event planning experience
- ability to work full time, flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- must have or be willing to obtain RAMP Certification, ServSafe Certification, Lifeguard Certification, and PA State Clearances
- strong written and oral communication skills

Job Duties
- Manage the bar, restaurant, fitness center, outdoor pools, indoor pool as well as all Clubhouse-related employees and vendors
- manage all day-to-day operations
- oversee the Clubhouse Activities Director to ensure success of daily events, resident satisfaction, and brand awareness
- hiring and management of all seasonal and part-time employees included but not limited to lifeguards, bartenders, chefs, gatekeepers, etc.
- exhibit and ensure exceptional customer service at all levels of the operation
- inventory control and record maintenance
- maintain compliance with state and local regulations
- oversee and implement policies and procedures
- create new ones as needed
- other duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary
