Job Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and vehicle
  • 2-3 years of food and beverage experience
  • employee management experience
  • event planning experience
  • ability to work full time, flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • must have or be willing to obtain RAMP Certification, ServSafe Certification, Lifeguard Certification, and PA State Clearances
  • strong written and oral communication skills
  • energetic, creative, outgoing, and highly organized
  • ability to maintain confidential information

Job Duties

  • Manage the bar, restaurant, fitness center, outdoor pools, indoor pool as well as all Clubhouse-related employees and vendors
  • manage all day-to-day operations
  • oversee the Clubhouse Activities Director to ensure success of daily events, resident satisfaction, and brand awareness
  • hiring and management of all seasonal and part-time employees included but not limited to lifeguards, bartenders, chefs, gatekeepers, etc.
  • exhibit and ensure exceptional customer service at all levels of the operation
  • inventory control and record maintenance
  • maintain compliance with state and local regulations
  • oversee and implement policies and procedures
  • create new ones as needed
  • other duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary
