Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team lead experience
- Experience in customer service or property management environment
- Proven ability to manage schedules and monitor team performance
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle cash transactions

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role, preferably within a customer service or property management environment
- Demonstrated experience in managing schedules, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance of a small team
- Experience handling tenant or customer inquiries and resolving complaints effectively
- Proven ability to enforce company policies and procedures consistently and fairly
- Experience with basic administrative tasks such as record keeping, reporting, and data entry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong leadership qualities, including motivation and mentoring
- Understanding of basic property management principles preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service
Job Duties
- Greet guests, assign parking space, and issue tags
- Retrieve tags, locate vehicles, and deliver vehicles from parking lot or storage garage
- Provide guest with information such as directions or wheelchair assistance, or instructions to locate their vehicles as needed
- Lift, position, and remove barricades to open or close parking area as required
- Calculate parking fees to collect payment
- Perform cash handling tasks such as making change, balancing, and recording cash in drawer, or distributing tips
- Respond to guest complaints
- Keep parking areas clean and orderly to maximize space availability and use
- Inspect all vehicles for damage
- Monitor parking area to prevent vehicle damage or property theft
- Ensure guests are safe and escort guest to vehicle as needed
- Respond to emergency situations and assist with guest issues such as a flat tire, dead battery, etc.
- Complete other duties as assigned
