Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- must have two to three years working in a fast-paced bar, high-end club, or restaurant
- ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
- ability to work all venue events including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
- must have sufficient mobility for assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling
- must be able to read, speak, and write English
- ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
- practice safe work habits and follow safety policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Monitor stock levels
- obtain supplies and equipment as requested per venue
- ensure assigned areas are kept clean and orderly
- perform and assist with routine inventory daily
- ensure requisitions are delivered timely
- demonstrate prompt and efficient service to bartenders, servers, concession attendants, and leadership
- assist with emptying pallets and stocking storeroom and side stations
- assist members in a timely, efficient, and professional manner
- fulfill assigned opening and closing duties
- set up and maintain a clean, neat, and safe work area
