Job Requirements
- BA/BS plus 6 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- Valid US driver's license required
- Must pass Motor Vehicle Records review
- Ability to lift and carry presentation equipment up to 30 lbs
- Reliable access to a mobile cellular telephone
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- Seven or more years of professional marketing and communications experience
- Proven experience in developing and executing large-scale business and community events
- Proven experience creating and implementing promotional campaigns that drive awareness and participation
- Experience presenting to C-Suite and executive-level leadership
- Experience overseeing staff and coordinating internal and external resources
- Experience using digital communication and marketing platforms such as MailChimp and SurveyMonkey
- Experience launching and managing traditional and social media strategies with knowledge of performance metrics
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project management expertise
Job Duties
- Coordinate with RTC's media and marketing team to understand marketing protocols and seek approval
- Present communication plans and marketing strategies to RTC executive leadership and participate in leadership meetings
- Refresh and maintain Club Ride web pages and approved program talking points
- Develop and maintain an overall campaign every other year with refreshed graphics and theme
- Manage Club Ride social media channels with annual KPIs for growth and engagement
- Develop content and materials to promote Club Ride's programs and services including newsletters and brochures
- Plan and conduct annual events such as Star Awards luncheon, networking sessions, and Chamber of Commerce Forum
- Develop full event communications plans, budgets, KPIs, agendas, invitations, and materials
- Recommend and refine tracking metrics for marketing activities and produce monthly reports
- Oversee marketing subconsultants for creative design, content creation, and event support
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and oversight to junior marketing team members
