Job Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience and/or education
- Valid US driver’s license required
- Pass Motor Vehicle Records review
- Ability to lift and carry presentation equipment up to 30 lbs
- Reliable access to a mobile cellular telephone
- Occasional travel within Las Vegas required
Job Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred
- 6+ years of relevant marketing and communications experience
- Proven experience in developing and executing large-scale business and community events
- Strong project management skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in digital marketing platforms such as MailChimp and SurveyMonkey
- Experience managing social media strategies and measuring performance
- Experience presenting to C-suite and executive leadership
- Experience overseeing staff and coordinating internal and external resources
Job Duties
- Coordinate with RTC’s Media and Marketing team to align marketing efforts
- Present communication plans and marketing strategies to RTC executive leadership
- Refresh and maintain Club Ride web pages and communications
- Develop marketing collateral to support employer outreach
- Plan and coordinate Club Ride events including employer recognition and networking sessions
- Develop and execute annual modal promotions campaigns
- Oversee marketing analytics and tracking metrics
- Manage and mentor junior marketing team members
- Oversee and coordinate marketing subconsultants
