Job Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience and/or education
  • Valid US driver’s license required
  • Pass Motor Vehicle Records review
  • Ability to lift and carry presentation equipment up to 30 lbs
  • Reliable access to a mobile cellular telephone
  • Occasional travel within Las Vegas required

Job Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred
  • 6+ years of relevant marketing and communications experience
  • Proven experience in developing and executing large-scale business and community events
  • Strong project management skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in digital marketing platforms such as MailChimp and SurveyMonkey
  • Experience managing social media strategies and measuring performance
  • Experience presenting to C-suite and executive leadership
  • Experience overseeing staff and coordinating internal and external resources

Job Duties

  • Coordinate with RTC’s Media and Marketing team to align marketing efforts
  • Present communication plans and marketing strategies to RTC executive leadership
  • Refresh and maintain Club Ride web pages and communications
  • Develop marketing collateral to support employer outreach
  • Plan and coordinate Club Ride events including employer recognition and networking sessions
  • Develop and execute annual modal promotions campaigns
  • Oversee marketing analytics and tracking metrics
  • Manage and mentor junior marketing team members
  • Oversee and coordinate marketing subconsultants
