Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Previous hotel or reception experience
  • Ability to stand during shifts
  • Ability to grasp turn and hold objects with hands
  • Ability to move quickly between club areas when needed
  • Ability to kneel bend crouch and climb occasionally
  • Must understand and communicate clearly with guests members and coworkers
  • Must be eligible to work in the US

Job Duties

  • Lead the day-to-day arrival and departure process ensuring smooth and efficient check-ins for members and guests
  • Champion outstanding hospitality resolving complaints answering questions and delivering memorable experiences
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure a seamless and personalized experience for members and guests
  • Communicate VIP arrivals and pertinent member and guest information to the appropriate teams anticipating and addressing member and guest needs
  • Build rapport with regular members and guests by learning their preferences and personalizing their experience over time
  • Enforce club policies with confidence and professionalism
  • Assist with coat check and the secure storage of members and guests belongings
  • Answer incoming calls and provide accurate helpful information
  • Respond to member queries over email with attention to detail
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Club Reception Manager or Head of Membership
  • Work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
