Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work full-time schedule of 40 hours per week
- Availability to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Prior customer service and janitorial experience preferred
- Must be able to comply with all safety procedures
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy items safely
- Union membership may be required
- Eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous janitorial experience
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Understanding of basic dishwashing and cleaning equipment
Job Duties
- Ensures tables are bussed, cleared and cleaned during peak service times
- Sweeps and clears floors prior to service
- Transports dishes and utensils safely from front of house to kitchen
- Washes dishes, glasses, and pots while maintaining sanitation standards
- Cleans cooking stations and equipment to expedite service flow
- Keeps display equipment clean and compliant with safety standards
- Helps receive deliveries and transports items to storage areas
- Follows all company safety policies including use of protective gloves and footwear
- Maintains proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures
- Exhibits personal commitment to safety for self and others
- Performs other assigned duties as needed
