Job Duties
- Directs management team in all facility operations ensuring asset protection inventory control member service member and associate safety
- drives membership and sales growth by building member relationships and motivating sales team
- increases quality of member experience by ensuring service levels and effective merchandise presentation
- drives financial performance by managing budgeted sales membership wages and expenses
- ensures compliance with company and legal policies and conducts safety and quality assurance reviews
- initiates and participates in community outreach programs and represents the company externally
- provides guidance and supervision for management and hourly associates including hiring training and mentoring
- enforces food safety standards and maintains merchandise quality and stock levels
