Job Duties

  • Directs management team in all facility operations ensuring asset protection inventory control member service member and associate safety
  • drives membership and sales growth by building member relationships and motivating sales team
  • increases quality of member experience by ensuring service levels and effective merchandise presentation
  • drives financial performance by managing budgeted sales membership wages and expenses
  • ensures compliance with company and legal policies and conducts safety and quality assurance reviews
  • initiates and participates in community outreach programs and represents the company externally
  • provides guidance and supervision for management and hourly associates including hiring training and mentoring
  • enforces food safety standards and maintains merchandise quality and stock levels
