Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years prior club management experience
- At least 3 years experience in personnel supervision training and evaluation
- Knowledge of company policies federal state and local laws regulations and agency rules
- Basic understanding of economic and accounting principles and budgeting practices
- Ability to prepare and analyze financial reports
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and maintain computer records in MS Office and club software
- Demonstrated problem-solving and deductive reasoning skills
- Capability to interact professionally with diverse groups
- Flexibility to work day evening weekend and holiday shifts as required
- Ability to occasionally travel independently to different property locations
- Physical ability to perform occasional bending twisting stooping and other exertions as needed
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years prior club management experience
- At least 3 years experience in personnel supervision training and evaluation
- Demonstrated experience in problem identification analysis and solution development
- Experience preparing comprehensive administrative and programmatic studies
- Ability to support and develop a diverse environment
- Knowledge of company policies federal state and local laws and regulations
- Knowledge of personnel management principles and hiring practices
- Basic knowledge of financial and accounting principles and budgeting
- Understanding of sales marketing principles and techniques
- Strong deductive reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Proficient written and oral communication abilities
- Computer proficiency in MS Office and club management software
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Job Duties
- Hire train supervise develop and terminate employees according to company policies
- Perform timely performance evaluations on associates
- Compile comprehensive reports on employee performance
- Implement and comply with employment laws safety rules and company policies
- Process review and submit payroll for directly supervised employees
- Act as club or regional manager on duty as needed
- Conduct daily club walk-throughs ensuring cleanliness safety and organization
- Develop and implement member-focused operational standards
- Oversee day-to-day club operations ensuring efficiency and smoothness
- Manage financial performance through sales revenue targets expense management planning and forecasting
- Track report and analyze financial operations daily weekly and monthly
- Prepare and execute action plans to meet financial and membership sales goals
- Assist in developing annual budgets and long-term growth strategies
- Review financial statements and reports
- Coordinate departmental financial goals and incentive plans
- Interact professionally with senior management staff members vendors and members
- Promote harmonious relations among members staff vendors and community
- Communicate timely and follow up as needed
- Participate actively in required events programs meetings and training
- Uphold the club mission and brand in all operations
- Represent the club professionally in image dress communication and responsiveness
- Promote company safety goals maintaining a safe work environment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Support club objectives and participate in corporate improvement committees
- Prioritize professional development
- Maintain flexibility for day evening weekend and holiday shifts as required
