Job Duties
- Respond and provide a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest's needs and adding personal recommendations to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
- Comply with all Avion and The Windsor Court policies while serving guests
- Maintain a strong understanding of the area including social, cultural, historical, and physical attractions to share information with guests
- Address and resolve all customer problems efficiently and effectively
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the lobby
- Serve as a liaison between the guest and the hotel to ensure personalized service
- Multi-task while managing time effectively in a high-pressure environment
