Job Duties

  • Respond and provide a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest's needs and adding personal recommendations to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
  • Comply with all Avion and The Windsor Court policies while serving guests
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the area including social, cultural, historical, and physical attractions to share information with guests
  • Address and resolve all customer problems efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the lobby
  • Serve as a liaison between the guest and the hotel to ensure personalized service
  • Multi-task while managing time effectively in a high-pressure environment
