Job Duties
- Control seat availability in the club lounge
- Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the bar, bar furniture, tables, and other instruments
- Prepare and serve hot, cold, and alcoholic beverages
- Stock ice, glassware, and supplies
- Anticipate restocking needs and communicate promptly
- Wash dishes and kitchen utensils when necessary
- Complete opening and closing tasks
- Transport supplies from storage to bar area as needed
- Secure liquor, beer, wine, refrigerators, cabinets, and storage areas
- Document relevant information in departmental records
- Anticipate additional food needs and communicate special requests to the kitchen
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to the manager
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Maintain professional uniform and personal appearance
- Protect confidential information and company property
- Greet and recognize guests according to company standards
- Anticipate and meet guest service needs
- Assist guests with disabilities
- Use clear and professional language with others
- Prepare and review written documents accurately
- Handle telephone calls using proper protocol
- Cultivate positive working relationships and support team goals
- Meet quality assurance standards
- Move, lift, transport, push, drag, and position objects weighing up to 25 pounds
