Job Duties
- Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and wellbeing of guests
- maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and tools
- prepare and serve hot, cold, and alcoholic beverages
- stock ice, glassware, and supplies
- anticipate and communicate replenishment needs
- wash dishes and serving utensils
- complete opening and closing duties
- requisition supplies and transport them from storeroom to bar area
- secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage
- document information in logbook
- forecast meal requirements and communicate special requests to kitchen
- report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to manager
- follow company policies and procedures
- maintain professional appearance
- protect company assets
- welcome and acknowledge guests
- assist guests with disabilities
- speak clearly and professionally
- prepare and review written documents
- answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
- develop positive working relationships
- support team goals
- comply with quality assurance standards
