Job Duties
- Control availability of seating, service, security, and guest well-being in club lounge
- maintain cleanliness and good condition of bar, bar furniture, tables, and equipment
- prepare and serve hot, cold, and alcoholic beverages
- stock ice, glassware, and supplies and anticipate replenishment needs
- wash dishes and cookware as needed
- complete opening and closing tasks
- secure liquor, beer, wine, refrigerators, cabinets, and storage areas
- document relevant information in department records
- communicate special food requests to kitchen
- report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management
- comply with company policies, maintain professional appearance, ensure confidentiality, and protect company assets
- greet and acknowledge guests, assist guests with disabilities, and anticipate service needs
- use clear and professional language, prepare accurate written documents, handle telephone etiquette
- foster positive relationships with colleagues and support team goals
- move, lift, transport, push, pull, and position objects up to 25 pounds
- stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods
- perform other reasonable duties as assigned
