Job Duties

  • Control availability of seating, service, security, and guest well-being in club lounge
  • maintain cleanliness and good condition of bar, bar furniture, tables, and equipment
  • prepare and serve hot, cold, and alcoholic beverages
  • stock ice, glassware, and supplies and anticipate replenishment needs
  • wash dishes and cookware as needed
  • complete opening and closing tasks
  • secure liquor, beer, wine, refrigerators, cabinets, and storage areas
  • document relevant information in department records
  • communicate special food requests to kitchen
  • report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management
  • comply with company policies, maintain professional appearance, ensure confidentiality, and protect company assets
  • greet and acknowledge guests, assist guests with disabilities, and anticipate service needs
  • use clear and professional language, prepare accurate written documents, handle telephone etiquette
  • foster positive relationships with colleagues and support team goals
  • move, lift, transport, push, pull, and position objects up to 25 pounds
  • stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods
  • perform other reasonable duties as assigned
