Job Duties
- Control seat availability in the club lounge
- ensure guest service, safety, and well-being
- maintain cleanliness of bar, furniture, tables, and instruments
- prepare and serve hot, cold, and alcoholic beverages
- stock ice, glassware, and provisions
- anticipate restocking needs and communicate promptly
- wash dishes and kitchen utensils as needed
- complete opening and closing tasks
- requisition necessary supplies from storage to bar area
- secure liquor, beer, wine, refrigerators, cabinets, and storage areas
- document relevant departmental records
- anticipate extra food needs and communicate special requests to kitchen
- report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to management
- comply with company policies and procedures
- maintain clean and professional appearance
- ensure confidentiality of proprietary information
- protect company assets
- greet guests according to company standards
- anticipate and fulfill guest service needs
- assist disabled guests
- express genuine appreciation to guests
