Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- previous bartending and point of sale (POS) experience preferred
- requires good people skills
- must be capable of working alone or jointly with other bartenders
- must be able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- must be available to report to work by 5:00 PM on weekdays
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to walk, reach, stand, bend and stoop for long periods of time
- ability to climb stairs
- must be able to read and write English
- must have good basic math skills and be familiar with the operation of computers
- must be able to work in mentally and physically demanding environment
- must pass a criminal background check

Job Duties
- Serve customers efficiently in a polite and friendly manner
- prepare and stock assigned bar for service
- inventory product before and after shift
- record inventory in stand sheets
- keep bar and surrounding area neat and organized during service
- clean bar and surrounding area at end of shift
- follow policies and procedures provided by management and ensure state and local laws for the sale of alcohol are followed
