Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- strong organizational skills
- excellent communication skills
- reliable and professional demeanor
- ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Job Qualifications
- outgoing and charismatic personality
- hospitality or customer service experience
- leadership or management experience preferred
- ability to work in fast-paced, social environments
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of tennis or racquet sports is a plus

Job Duties
- create an inviting, high-vibe atmosphere during club shifts
- oversee daily flow of the club as manager on duty
- run game nights and social events to engage members
- interact with members at the bar and event spaces
- support and uphold service standards
- collaborate with tennis and club teams for smooth operations
- monitor club activities and ensure member satisfaction
