Job Requirements
- Enrolled as an undergraduate or postgraduate student in a hospitality program
- maintaining a minimum GPA of 3.0
- strong communication skills
- teamwork-oriented attitude
- ability to engage effectively with members or customers
- commitment to Life Time’s mission and values
- willingness to participate in Life Time events and athletic programs
- preferred ServSafe Food Handler and ServSafe Alcohol Safety or equivalent
Job Qualifications
- Must be enrolled as an undergraduate or postgraduate student in a hospitality program
- currently maintaining a GPA of 3.0 or higher

Job Duties
- Work cross-functionally with department leaders and teams to execute strategies in the core departments
- helps improve the overall member experience by demonstrating high-end hospitality and service with members directly
- observes behind the scenes systems and processes within scheduling, ordering, and administrative responsibilities
- participates in department leader meetings for exposure to leadership principles at Life Time
- supports overall execution of club events to drive member engagement and provide ideas/insight on areas of improvement
