Job Requirements

  • Enrolled in a hospitality program as an undergraduate or postgraduate student
  • Maintaining a GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong teamwork abilities
  • Ability to engage effectively with members or customers
  • Passionate about the mission and values of Life Time
  • Willingness to participate in events and athletic programs
  • Preferred certification in ServSafe Food Handler and ServSafe Alcohol Safety or equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • Must be enrolled as an undergraduate or postgraduate student in a hospitality program
  • Currently maintaining a GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Demonstrates the ability to engage with members or customers
  • Passion for Life Time’s mission and values
  • Willing to participate in Life Time events and athletic programs
  • Preferred ServSafe Food Handler and ServSafe Alcohol Safety or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Work cross-functionally with department leaders and teams to execute strategies in the core departments
  • Helps improve the overall member experience by demonstrating high-end hospitality and service with members directly
  • Observes behind the scenes systems and processes within scheduling, ordering, and administrative responsibilities
  • Participates in department leader meetings for exposure to leadership principles at Life Time
  • Supports overall execution of club events to drive member engagement and provide ideas/insight on areas of improvement
