Job Requirements
- Enrolled in a hospitality program as an undergraduate or postgraduate student
- Maintaining a GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong teamwork abilities
- Ability to engage effectively with members or customers
- Passionate about the mission and values of Life Time
- Willingness to participate in events and athletic programs
- Preferred certification in ServSafe Food Handler and ServSafe Alcohol Safety or equivalent
Job Qualifications
- Must be enrolled as an undergraduate or postgraduate student in a hospitality program
- Currently maintaining a GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Demonstrates the ability to engage with members or customers
- Passion for Life Time’s mission and values
- Willing to participate in Life Time events and athletic programs
- Preferred ServSafe Food Handler and ServSafe Alcohol Safety or equivalent
Job Duties
- Work cross-functionally with department leaders and teams to execute strategies in the core departments
- Helps improve the overall member experience by demonstrating high-end hospitality and service with members directly
- Observes behind the scenes systems and processes within scheduling, ordering, and administrative responsibilities
- Participates in department leader meetings for exposure to leadership principles at Life Time
- Supports overall execution of club events to drive member engagement and provide ideas/insight on areas of improvement
