Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years progressively responsible management experience in private club or resort leadership
- bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality management, or equivalent preferred
- professional certifications such as CCM or PGA preferred

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality management, or equivalent preferred
- professional certifications (CCM, PGA) highly desired
- minimum 10 years progressively responsible management experience leading to General Manager at a private club or resort
- proven financial acumen and executive leadership experience at a multi-course facility
- exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- track record of delivering best-in-class customer service and enhancing member experience
- experience building budgets, managing financial metrics, controlling costs, and increasing revenues
- demonstrated success in selecting, training, and developing a high-performing service-oriented team
- proven board and committee management experience
- experience developing membership programming for diverse demographics
- food and beverage knowledge relevant to membership dining programming
- working experience with association and property management technologies
Job Duties
- Provide strategic direction and direct support to ensure an elevated member-centric culture
- assist in developing long-range and annual business, capital, and budget plans
- participate in Omni La Costa Executive committee meetings
- oversee and guide the club senior leadership team representing all aspects of club operations
- identify key drivers of business success
- lead member advisory board meetings alongside the Managing Director
- oversee all club operation divisions including membership, golf, programming, tennis, and fitness
- develop and refine member-centric policies and procedures
- collaborate with Omni La Costa's various departments to leverage amenities
- develop the management organizational model and initiate improvements
- supervise all club employees
- communicate clear and consistent messaging regarding club goals
- oversee care and maintenance of club facilities
- collaborate with Omni corporate leadership to achieve brand standards
- cultivate leadership team and foster career development
- promote positive work environment with high staff retention
- develop and oversee Omni culture for club operations
- measure and respond to associate engagement feedback
- implement SOPs and training programs across departments
