Job Requirements
- education in hospitality management or related field preferred
- minimum 7 years experience in private club or luxury hospitality management
- proven leadership in managing multiple departments
- strong financial management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- knowledge of safety and compliance regulations
- capability to develop and implement strategic plans
- proficient in membership sales and retention tactics

- comprehensive knowledge of club environments including racquet sports, aquatics, fitness, and lifestyle programming
- proven ability to deliver exceptional member and guest experiences in a luxury setting

- strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and p&l management experience
- experience developing membership growth and retention strategies
- highly organized and able to manage multiple departments and priorities
- exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
- knowledge of compliance, safety standards, and risk management
- inspiring leadership skills to build high-performing teams
- skilled collaborator with vendors and community partners
