Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or related field preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- proficiency with event management and communication tools
- ability to collaborate across departments
- passion for member engagement and community building

Job Duties
- Actively engage with members to gather feedback and identify event opportunities
- promote events through signage, email, social media, and direct outreach
- personally invite and connect with members to increase participation
- create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for community building
- plan and deliver a diverse calendar of events including fitness, wellness, social, educational, and appreciation events
- manage event logistics including timelines, staffing, setup, execution, and breakdown
- coordinate vendors, instructors, and partners
- ensure event alignment with club values and member experience goals
- collaborate with multiple departments to coordinate resources and communication
- manage event budgets and track expenses
- maintain event calendars and reports
- evaluate event success through attendance and feedback
- serve as on-site host during events
- troubleshoot real-time issues
- uphold health, safety, and club standards during events
