Job Requirements
- Prior high-production dishwashing experience required, 6 months to 1 year minimum
- ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week
- availability for morning and evening shifts including closing shift from 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm
- physical ability to perform dishwashing and cleaning duties
- willingness to comply with safety and sanitation protocols
- ability to perform essential job functions satisfactorily
- legally eligible to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Prior high-production dishwashing experience of 6 months to 1 year
- ability to comply with sanitation and safety standards
- dependable and strong work ethic
- ability to work full-time 40 hours per week including morning and evening shifts

- basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and cleaning procedures
Job Duties
- Sweeps and mops floors to comply with safety and sanitation standards
- washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces
- removes trash and places it into designated containers, steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans
- transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- assists with banquet table and front of the house set up
- assist with loading or unloading and delivering supplies and product
- distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed
- complies with outlined sanitation and safety requirements
- performs other duties as assigned
