Job Duties

  • enter and retrieve information in computer databases using keyboard, mouse, or trackball
  • update files, records, and reservations
  • respond to guest inquiries
  • transmit information or documents using computer, email, or fax
  • operate standard office equipment apart from computers
  • draft letters, memos, and other documents using word processors, spreadsheets, databases, or presentation software
  • handle incoming and outgoing mail, date and distribute incoming mail
  • create and maintain electronic and paper filing systems
  • collect, copy, classify, and file office records and documents
  • locate work-related information using computers and point-of-sale systems
  • comply with company policies and procedures
  • maintain professional appearance and uniform
  • protect confidential and proprietary company information
  • greet and recognize guests according to company standards
  • anticipate and attend to guest service needs
  • assist persons with disabilities
  • communicate clearly and professionally
  • prepare and review written documents accurately
  • attend to phone calls using appropriate protocol
