Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in administrative or clerical roles preferred
- proficiency in using computers and standard office equipment
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multitask and prioritize work duties
- adherence to company dress code and appearance standards
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- capable of lifting and moving objects up to 10 pounds
- willingness to work full time on-site
- ability to follow instructions and perform other assigned reasonable duties
Job Qualifications

- proficiency in computer operations, including databases and standard office software
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a team
- basic knowledge of filing and organizational systems

- familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus
Job Duties
- enter and retrieve data from computer databases using a keyboard, mouse, or trackball to update files, reservations, and respond to guest inquiries
- transmit information or documents using computers, email, or fax
- operate standard office equipment aside from computers
- draft letters, memos, and other documents using word processors, spreadsheets, databases, or presentation software
- handle incoming and outgoing mail, date it, and distribute incoming mail
- create and maintain filing and organizational systems in electronic and paper formats for records, reports, and documents
- collect, copy, classify, and file office activity records, commercial transaction files, and other business documents
- enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point-of-sale systems
- adhere to company policies and procedures
- maintain a professional appearance, uphold confidentiality of proprietary information, protect company assets
- greet guests according to company standards, anticipate and attend to their service needs, assist guests with disabilities, express genuine appreciation
- communicate clearly and professionally, prepare and review accurate written documents, handle telephone calls using proper protocol
- cultivate and maintain positive working relationships, support team objectives, respond appropriately to employee concerns
- move, lift, transport, push, pull, and position objects weighing up to 10 pounds unaided
- perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors
