Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-3 years of luxury hotel experience preferred
- Prior knowledge of the concierge/front desk, resort, and food & beverage operations is preferred

Job Duties
- Guide the Club Lounge Concierge team in delivering exceptional service to club guests by training, mentoring and developing team members in high service standards
- Handles all guest interactions with highest level of hospitality and professionalism while accommodating special requests, resolves complaints, and assists in all guests inquiries of the hotel
- Ensure that all collateral for restaurants, museums, and attractions is up to date and current
- Know what activities are available on property, in Ko Olina, and around island - creating close relationships with vendors in these areas in order to provide information, ticketing, and reservations for guests
- Handle Club Floor guest check ins/check outs and verify Club access while adhering to hotel credit/cash handling policies in an efficient and friendly manner
- Set-up and breakdown food buffets, mix alcoholic beverages, serve and buss during all food services
