Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 10 pounds
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and company policies
  • Ability to provide professional and courteous guest service

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment
  • Proficient with computer systems and administrative tasks
  • Ability to follow company policies and maintain confidentiality

Job Duties

  • Assist members and guests with pre-arrival, arrival, and check-in processes
  • Coordinate member activities, experiences, and special requests including grocery and amenity orders
  • Conduct pre-arrival and pre-departure calls
  • Manage front office duties including check-in/check-out, preparing arrival packets and departure folios, auditing daily logs, and processing billing
  • Respond to visitor information requests, special arrangements, and services such as transportation and dry cleaning
  • Liaise with departments such as engineering, bellperson, and housekeeping to resolve guest requests
  • Perform Lobby Ambassador and Bell/valet service duties
  • Maintain thorough documentation of shift logs and computer system records
  • Report safety incidents and adhere to company policies and safety protocols
  • Provide warm, professional guest interactions and assist guests with disabilities
