Job Duties
- Assist members and guests with pre-arrival, arrival, and check-in processes
- Coordinate member activities, experiences, and special requests including grocery and amenity orders
- Conduct pre-arrival and pre-departure calls
- Manage front office duties including check-in/check-out, preparing arrival packets and departure folios, auditing daily logs, and processing billing
- Respond to visitor information requests, special arrangements, and services such as transportation and dry cleaning
- Liaise with departments such as engineering, bellperson, and housekeeping to resolve guest requests
- Perform Lobby Ambassador and Bell/valet service duties
- Maintain thorough documentation of shift logs and computer system records
- Report safety incidents and adhere to company policies and safety protocols
- Provide warm, professional guest interactions and assist guests with disabilities
